Orders are processed only on business days. Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to serviceable locations within India.

Shipping availability may depend on courier partner coverage, product availability, and delivery address serviceability.

If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you to cancel the order or arrange an alternative solution where possible.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping fees may vary depending on:

- Courier partner

Nainfit reserves the right to update shipping charges at any time.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 10 business days after order dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner.

Metro cities may receive orders faster.

Remote locations, rural areas, or areas with limited courier service may take longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. ORDER DISPATCH

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication method provided by Nainfit or our logistics partner.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

6. DELAYED DELIVERY

Nainfit is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Government restrictions
- Customs or regulatory checks
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Public holidays
- High shipping volume
- Events outside our reasonable control

We will try to assist you with tracking and courier coordination, but final delivery depends on the courier partner.

7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

Nainfit is not responsible for failed delivery due to:

- Wrong address
- Incomplete address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer not reachable
- Customer unavailable at delivery location

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once depending on their policy.

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be marked as undelivered and returned to Nainfit.

In such cases, reshipping may be chargeable.

9. CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and locations, depending on serviceability and company policy.

Nainfit reserves the right to disable, reject, or cancel Cash on Delivery orders in cases of:

- Invalid address
- High-risk order
- Unserviceable location
- Previous failed delivery attempts
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity

10. DAMAGED PACKAGE

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, do not accept the delivery if possible.

If the package is accepted and you later notice damage, contact us immediately with:

- Order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the product
- Unboxing video, if available
- Delivery details

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

11. MISSING OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a wrong product or missing item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

- Order number
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
- Unboxing video, if available

Nainfit will verify the issue before approving replacement, refund, or further action.

12. RISK OF LOSS

Once the product is handed over to the courier partner, delivery risk may pass to the customer, subject to applicable law and courier policy.

However, Nainfit will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues wherever reasonably possible.

13. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If cancellation is accepted, refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

14. RETURNED TO ORIGIN ORDERS

If an order is returned to Nainfit due to failed delivery, customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, we may:

- Reship the order after collecting additional shipping charges
- Cancel the order and deduct applicable shipping or handling charges
- Hold the order until customer confirmation

15. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, Nainfit may not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned on the website.

If international shipping is available in the future, customers may be responsible for customs duty, import taxes, clearance charges, and other local government fees.

16. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Shipping is subject to product availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we may contact you for:
